The Concept Centre will also feature a state-of-the-art venue spread out across 4 acres of land featuring Retails Blocks, a Trade and Exhibition Hall, an Art Square, a Lawn area for outdoor activities and a one-acre Event Park dedicated for carnivals, concerts and performances.
